Payment Terms: Students or companies wishing to book a course may do so by the online website, or by mobile, however we will accept an order number from companies or organisations for invoice purposes either by email or on the day of the course.

Refund policy: If an individual learner is unable to attend on the scheduled course date reserved, the candidate they should notify enquiries at independent training.co.uk at least 7 business days in advance.
If We Change Your Course: In the extremely unlikely event it becomes necessary to change your course we will inform you as soon as is reasonable possible of any necessary changes. You shall have the choice of: Accepting the changed arrangements; or receiving a refund in respect of any differences or cancelling your course and receiving a full refund of any payments made.

The courses cover both practical and theoretical elements
The courses will require students to be appropriately dressed, as part of the course students will required to be on their knees for CPR, and AED purposes, furthermore the students will be required to turn one another from face down to face up, place one another other into the recovery position, and turn a casualty who is going to be sick, these elements are mandatory, and form part of the First Aid Industry approved guidelines.
